Definitely this is an application anybody can choose to download and be utilized for daily usage. As for me, I badly need this one, since I need to plan many things and at the same time, I tend to forget, perhaps this might help me and also take note of my small daily achievements and its gives a pretty huge boost to my self-esteem being able to remember small daily achievements.
