I use a standing desk at work and I find it keeps me alert and stops me from the midday lulls. Love the idea of having a smartdesk at work, might have to talk to the boss about this.
Pros:

• built to serve each individual
• ability to monitor diet, movement etc
• Ability to pay with Ether
• gives you instructions on when to stand up and move around

Cons:

• Expensive, $500 for a desk is a bit much
