I’m very happy with it. The navigation and editing your playlists is very smooth and fun. I have to say it’s quite original. I’m into building health habits: start exercising more often, lose weight and the whole deal. The app has many meditations for exactly these, with visualizations, affirmations, suggestions. This gonna be a great companion for me.
Mediation is one of a great way of relaxing our mind and body. This app seems very useful to maintain our important life goals, which is best for happily living life.
This app has help guide me through meditation, to learn to know when my mind is not in that moment truly but learn to accept this happens and to try to gently bring it back without getting upset at my self for not focusing, this has been incredibly helpful at home and at work.

I always write my goals on a diary but it gets in trouble sometimes because I lost that diary page. 😂 this app is great for following the goals with meditation.
My goal is to learn to be present and focus in what I’m doing, this app has been a great help.
