No worries, it happens. But please remember that not every product is compliant with the posting guidelines.
If the site provides this experience (click English icon, be taken to homepage, then click products -> lattuga -> lattuga 8200) most users will have given up already. That’s very poor user experience and website design, also because Google can not link to the English page due to lacking link for the English version.
