It is an alternative of google adsense if not then how you approve google adsense post posted a few days ago by another hunter.

Hi there, this is a service for people who work on the web sure, but it is an agency just like any other who represents people on the web, the way a talent agency would sign an actor or model.
An example of a web service would be something like a hosting company, or a VPN service which you'd pay monthly. I hope this clears things up!
