UX Tricks is a very new online solution to help people to improve their design skills. It is a blog and a bookstore. Trying to teching people about UX design and related topics in a friendly way. It is very cheap. The information in the blog is free!
The information in the blog and in the book is very useful. You can check it out, they are very detail.
Only the book need to pay, but the learning material in the blog can already help people improve their skill a lot.
It is a very nice web solution.
