Note: This is just ”My Personal Opinion & Assessment”, not intended to “Judge” the reviews you have made.
Pros:
- Idea
The idea of Helptier is cool. However Customer requires Knowledge Base before they rush to contact Customer Service for their problem. This is really a "cool" idea. - Design / UI / Spec
UI given is very simple, complete, and can provide all knowledge without difficulty must find the needed. - Benefits
The advantage of course is Customer will try to solve its own problem. If they do not find a solution, then Customer Servies becomes the last option.
Cons:
Nothing. This idea is Cool.
