"Touching Masterpieces" lets blind people see artworks using the haptic feedback gloves.

With the gloves on, the blind person controls the virtual hands in virtual space. When the virtual hands touch the 3D model under VR (virtual reality) environment, the technology identifies it and sends haptic feedback to the gloves. The blind person can see and feel the shape of the 3D virtual object by following vibrations they receive through the gloves.

    Pros:

    • I like gadgets that actually makes a differe and are useful.

      Pros:

      • Very amazing idea to help blind people
      • It is a simple idea, but it is great and clever
      • Hard to fond similar product that can help blind people but not for entertainment
      • It is meaningful, not only use it for gaming, but helping people

      Cons:

      • Nothing for this product I can found
