Every day we are working with lots of data. Especially when we are working in a payroll company, it is important to keep the data safe and not let it out easily to others. Sophos SafeGuard Encryption helps in encrypting the data in the hard disk and ensures it is encrypted as soon as it is created. With the help of this encryption, these data can be used only from the same device. If you have to use the data from other devices, you will then have to decrypt the data.
Data that are encrypted using Sophos SafeGuard are not easily breakable and they remain encrypted even if moved to other devices or other cloud storages. The encryption can be applied either for the entire hard disk or just for selected files alone. It is purely a decision a user can make.
This tool helps in protecting client data with sensitive information in it by reducing the misuse of data.
