A friend suggested this to me to try out and I was very impressed with the step by step feedback. It also holds you accountable because it auto generates a time for you to plank the next day!
This became one of my favorite apps ever within hours of downloading. It’s so motivating. Being able to see your form, effortlessly track time, and view collective stats is great. I don’t know what - if any - other exercises the developers could also figure an app
Such a fun and great new app! After downloading this I’ve been planking consistently and improving my form! I’ve never felt this strong and fit. The app shows a leaderboard so it inspires you to plank more each day, and it’s exciting to take on this daily challenge.

In many countries the issue of gymnasium due to pandemic is still a bit complicated, it is good to know that we can count on this app that helps you to perfect your exercises and the best you can do with friends in real time
A good application to be in shape, we can also do challenges to motivate ourselves even more. we keep track of our exercises that great. good hunting
