My First Experience Playing Steem Memory Game and Highlighting the Bugs
Assalamualaikum my fellows I hope you will be fine by the grace of Allah. Today I am going to share my experience playing Steem Memory Game by @kafio.
I found this game really very interesting and even at the first time I was able to complete the challenge within good score.

This is my second try to play the game. This time I was late and used more moves than previous but I completed the game. Details of second game are here.
After completing my games I tried to explore other options and features of the game. I clicked to know the leaderboard of the free game mode. But it did not show any results.
I tried weekly time to get to know the weekly leaderboard but again in vain. It did not show me anything. But each day there are a number of games played by different users.
I selected 1 month of duration to see the leaderboard but the leaderboard which appeared to me I think was just a dummy data leaderboard.
I checked my game history after playing two games but there was no my history of playing games. Even the results of the games were visible on Steem Blockchain.
I also checked the paid leaderboard. It was the duration between April 19 to April 2025. But in this paid mode again there was no any result and was nothing to see.
I want to suggest to fix the interface of the website so that the free and the paid users can see their ranking on the leaderboard.
On the whole I must say that the game I played was really interesting and exciting to play but the only problem I saw was no results of the games in the leaderboard and the history of the games in the website interface.

We use Cloudflare for security and to protect against malicious traffic. Sometimes, Cloudflare can block or challenge API requests if it detects suspicious activity, such as using a VPN or proxy. This could be why you’re experiencing problems with loading data.
To make things clearer for users who run into this situation, I’m adding a feature in the app that will automatically detect when these network-related issues happen. When it does, it will show a message saying there’s a network problem and suggest a few ways to fix it — like disabling VPNs, switching to another internet connection, or refreshing the page.
This should help users quickly understand why something isn’t working, instead of just seeing a blank or broken screen. Thanks again for your feedback — it really helps improve the experience for everyone. Let me know if you continue to face the issue after the update
As you show that everything is working, the screenshot you provided means that the API call to get the game config was blocked If you provide your IP, I can explain what happened specifically.
I was not using any VPN or proxy. Thank you btw I will check it again and play the game.
