WHAT AM I DOING WRONG - STEEM MINING SETUP QUESTION

Hi Steemer, Rens here!

Today I wanted to setup steem mining on my pc. I followed a few posts who explained it and now i get this.

What am I doing wrong? Or is it mining right now?
If it start's mining are the rewards just coming in on my steemit wallet?
