Prayer And Warfare (2)
Hello Steemians, on my last religion post, I discussed about the first part of Prayer And Warfare. Today will be about the second part.
We are not fighting against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Kingdoms rule by dominance and this dominance is gotten by war, you rule only what you have conquered. Goliath boasted if you win here, we will become your slaves. Slaves remain captive because they have been subdued, conquered and subjected to servitude by their master. You cannot rule where you have been conquered, your voice is not relevant where you have been conquered, it is only those that exercised authority that can be heard. Authority is gotten and exercised only where power and force has first of all been enforced over an influenced and subsequently subjected to submit to all the dictates of the one who had conquered and the one who had conquered rules with the solemnity of a champion attached to his words and action “wherever the words of the king is, there is power and who can ask him what doeth thou”;translate this to the spiritual realm things are not different to reclaim the children of Israel. Moses came to the king of Egypt with his snake eating the snakes of the Egyptian magicians till they recognised the superiority of the I AM THAT I AM neutralising the mystical influences over the land of Egypt .
Elijah had to bring the forces of almighty God of Abram and Jacob to demystify the gods of Asherah and Baal in the land of Israel thereby making an end captivity among the children of Israel. Kingdom cannot be taken unless they are conquered and this kingdom has three major realms of dominance and labour from which they operate and unleash their evil and wicked forces ,these are the :air, land and sea. For one to yield influence over these realms and territories, he must have conquered the presiding forces in the realms and territories and this can only come through resilence warfare prayer. Daniel prayed and fasted for 21 days to conquer the prince of the law, the prince of Persia , the intensity of his persistent resilience forced the forces of heaven to deploy more enforcement to the stubborn resistant prime of Persia was conquered and great answers came to the greatly beloved Daniel. The air has strong holds that must be pulled down so that spiritual, physical, and otherwise blessings can flow from the realm of glory to men. These forces in the air includes fallen angels who left their original place to hang in the air to distract divine blessings. They're also celestial domeers who stood as accusers of the brethren trying to counter prayer frames from receiving attention before the king of glory whose only desire is to bless.
On the land, there are territorial powers claiming dominance over specified space of land. In the old testament, God commanded the children of Israel to totally destroy them. Saul his kingship because he refused to destroy totally the gods of Amalikites. Joshua and his army were defeated because one of them harboured the accused. This terrestrial forces include the forces that influences evil in the land; the witchcraft powers, the occultic covens, the idols in the land,”the evil prevaileth in the land, it must be conquered, ask me and i will give you the heathens thy inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession” psalm 2 : 8. Without winning the forces in the land spiritually you have no authority over the land or what happens in the land. The Pharisees saw Jesus as one with authority because he had conquered the powers in the land.
The powers in the sea are the marine spirit which is the fashion base of the devil sexual instruments among them Rev 17 : 1 – 5. The book of revelation states that for Jesus to gain relevance, he conquered the air, land and sea. It was stated that he both ascended and descended Ephesians 4 : 8 – 10. The Lord himself asked us that before one can take things from a strong man he must bind him.
You have no business under any guide varying authority over any territory without winning the invincible war over the territory. Those territories will not release their land without reprisal like the people that shouted at Paul. These are the men that turns the world upside down , there may be a reaction , both physical and spiritual. These are merely the battle of wits,that is why the bible asked us to put on the whole armour of God having done all to stand and that when the enemy should come like a flood the spirit of God shall lift up a standard against them.
