SEC-S25W6: Full Body Circuit
I am participating in this contest late than before. Mostly I post my entry first. The reason is , the roof of my room has fallen due to continue rain. So we have to shifted other house. That is why I post my entry late. This is the last week of challenges. It focused on full body circuit. It was not just a workout, it was a full routine that challenged both my mind and body. Ohhh! I omitted , how are you my community friends? I am fine here. Let's start for be fit.
◉🏋️♂️My Experience with Full Body Circuit.🏋️♂️.
Every good workout start with good warm up. I started with easy movements to activate my body. I did arm swings and a light jogging in place. My start was good. Warm up helped to raise my heart rate slowly and prepare my muscles for my next program. Warm up was like saying my body, “Let’s begin!”
My second program was Dumbbell Thrusters. This movement is a mix of a squat and a shoulder press. I took a pair of dumbbells and went into a deep squat. After that I stood up and pushed the dumbbells above my head. I repeated this again and again. It looked easy in starting, but soon I realized this was very hard specially for beginners. My legs burned with each squat and my arms felt the load during the press. This trained both lower and upper body. I loved how strong I felt during this exercise.
My third program was Step-Ups. I used a two chairs for this exercise. Without holding dumbbells in my hands, I stepped up on chairs one leg at a time and then stepped down. I did this again and again.p It seemed easy, but when done repeatedly, it really hard and tested my balance and also leg strength. I felt my thighs and glutes working hard. This was like a climbing a mountain. This part made my stamina.
Next in line were Dumbbell (Chest) Flys. I lay down on a bench, held the dumbbells above my chest. I open my arms wide slowly and closed them. This workout focused on the chest muscles. This also improved shoulder motion. Each rep felt like I was opening my heart. I kept my form slow and controlled. This made the muscles work even harder. It felt so effective.
After working on arms and legs, now it was time to Bicycle Crunches. Bicycle crunches is good way to engage full abdominal area. I lay on the floor. After that I started pedaling in the air with my legs. It twisting twisting my upper body to touch opposite elbows to knees. It was hard. My abs were burning, but I did not give up. I thought of all the benefits, stronger core, better posture and more balance. I pushed through each rep with full energy.
Cool Down was my last part of my program. When I finished all the exercises, I took time to cool down. I lay down on the floor and deep breathing. It was very easy to do. This felt me relaxing. The cool down helped me bring my heart beat back to normal. It also made me reflect on my performance. I was proud of myself to finished this workout.
I recorded 6 videos and make them in one video with the help of KineMaster app. I really enjoyed all weeks of this contest. This contest was not only about winning and losing. It was about showing up, trying hard and respecting to body. I learned that regular exercise can shape the body and the mind.
I enjoyed each step, each drop of sweat, and each breath. I feel stronger, fresher and more active than ever. I am thankful for this opportunity to move, grow and become better every day.

My big thanks to Community SteemFit & StayFit and miss @ngeonyi for organizing healthy contest. I learned alot from week 1 to 6 thanks to ngeonyi . I felt happy that I try something new and different in my life. I am thinking 🤔 to doing this workout again and improving my power.
