●◉Hello SteemFit & StayFit◉●

Hello friends! I am very happy to be part of the SEC-S25W2:Strength and Conditioning challenge. I am glad to doing Strength and Conditioning work. This challenge brings happiness for me. This challenge was both exciting and difficult for me. I did my level best to do this exercise and enjoed this time. Let's start for fitness.

◉🏋️‍♂️My Experience with Strength and Conditioning🏋️‍♂️.

This is my second time doing a proper workout in my life. I have never been join any gym. I always thought that real fitness was only possible with gym tools and machines with the help of trainer. But this contest showed me that strength comes from willpower, not only heavy machines.

First I did warm up exercise. I moved my arms, shoulders, legsband hips. This helped me warm up and get ready. I could already feel energy in my body and I was excited to continue.

The first exercise, I did the Overhead Dumbbell Press. I have not real dumbbells at home, so I filled two large bottles with sand and used them as dumbbell. It worked well. My shoulders and arms were on fire, especially near the end. I felt the most impact in my deltoids and upper arms. I was breathing heavily, but I did stop and finished it.

The next exercise was Lunges. It was challenging from starting because I had to maintain balance while stepping forward. In start, I failed in my first attempt but I finished it in my second attempt. My thighs and knees felt the most impact. After this, I felt a deep burn in my legs, but it also felt good to push myself.

Then I did the hardest part of exercise Glute Bridges. This part I found it most difficult of exercise. I failed in first three attempts. My back and hips refused to lift correctly. I almost gave up, but then I took a break and watch contest video again and again. Slowly, I managed to complete this part of exercise. I felt the most pressure in my glutes and lower back. I felt proud and emotional after completing this part. It proved to me that failure is just the first step to success.

After that, I moved to Mountain Climbers. This part was intense and fast. My heart was racing and sweat started pouring. I did this part with courage. This part gave me full body movement. I felt it in my abs, shoulders and legs. It made me feel alive and motivated.

Finally, I finished with a cool down. I started my breath up and then down. I repeated this process again and again. This part was very relaxing. I felt rexed after doing it. I really enjoyed this part of exercise.

I recorded 6 videos of my activities. I merged them and changed into one video for this contest. I also clicked picture during my exercise. I have shown my real effort and hope you will encourage my efforts.

Even I exercised at home without latest equipment, I felt strong. I failed, but I did not quit. I enjoyed this exercise very much. This workout reminded me that we do not need go to gym for train our body, we only need a strong mind. I felt more confident now and I look forward to doing this exercise again.
