This is my first proper workout experience and honestly, it was no easy for me. I have never joined a gym before. I always believed that real fitness is possible in gym by trainers. But now my opinion is opposite. This contest made me realize that true strength comes from willpower and hard work.
I began with a warm up routine. I moved my arms, shoulders, legs and hips one by one. This helped me to warmed up. Now I am feeling energetic and ready for next task.
My first workout was Lunges. It was hard from the starting. Balancing myself while step forward was easy. I was did not it in my first attempt but managed to do better the second time. My thighs and knees felt the most pressure. After this, I had a pain in my leg and honestly, my legs started hurting a lot. It became hard to move freely, but I continued it.
After that, I moved to Overhead Dumbbell Press. Since I don’t have real dumbbells at home, I filled two large bottles with water. These are my dumbbell. I lifted them slowly and steadily. When I moved toward the end of the set, my shoulders and upper arms fet so hot. I felt the most effort in my deltoids. My breathing became heavy, but I stayed strong and finished it.
Then I started Mountain Climbers. This part was fast and intense. It gave me full body movement. I felt the pressure in my abs, shoulders and legs. But in the last of the exercise, I lost my balance and fell. in second try, It still was not perfect, but I gave it my all. My heart was beating fast and sweat pouring down my face. This part really pushed my limits.
After that, I moved on to Glute Bridges. Honestly, this was most easy part of exercise. I managed to complete it. My glutes and lower back felt the most impact. I had great fun in this part of exercise.
I ended the session with a cool down. I focused on deep breathing, inhale, exhale. I repeated it slowly. This helped me calm my heart rate. This was calm full moment after this intense effort. I felt light, relaxed and satisfied.
I merged all videos in one video. I also took pictures during my session. You can see my efforts in my shirt. I tried to show my honest effort and I hope it will be appreciated.
