    Hey @progressivechef! Thank you & yes -it's been too long! Sorry I dropped out of the iron chef contest - I ended up landing a really awesome personal chef gig cooking for a vegan family & I've been super busy ever since!! I will be making some posts while I'm there for as long as I have wifi (fingers crossed!)
