We are sensitive beings... and we like to believe that compassion is an inherent part of human nature — but it’s clearly not. How can they kill other human beings in cold blood without even flinching? I mean, how?
They must have trained their conscience to silence. Otherwise, no one could eat or sleep peacefully after committing such atrocities.

I think people are born that way, they don't learn it later. It's no coincidence that we discussed the evil nature of people some time ago. Even ChatGTP is of the opinion that more than half of the population on earth is evil.
Once again I have to admit that what I believed, or what I like to believe, turns out to be an absolute lie.
I won't go into details. You see it closer and clearer there.
I can't make sense of it either, let alone at this age, but it's sad, yes. And it's easier, as usual, to not think about it...
