There is a restaurant locally called Little Savanna which always produces food that is to die for, i haven't been there for a couple of years and today the boss and me went for lunch.

She had the Peri Peri chicken which she said was fantastic, i did manage to get to try it and the chicken was sensational.

I had the ostrich steak Hasselback potato with honey glazed carrots, this is the first time i have tried ostrich and it won't be the last.

The ostrich meal was $54 NZD but worth every dollar, it tasted and looked just like a regular steak.

For the past few days i have just been doing the normal things like kids taxi service cleaning the house and getting in some walks.

I haven't been on my mountain bike for 5 or so days and the plan for the weekend is to do some riding.

Apart from that it's Friday and i am full after my lunch, time for a little walk i think.
