4 in a row 🚲🚲🚲🚲

Today i decided to make it 4 x rides in a row over the past 4 days, i have done 117 kilometer's in the that period with today being just about 33 kilometer's.

My day started like most have recently with a 3.5K walk around the block and then it was time to go Grocery shopping with my partner.

Once we got back home and put away the groceries i decided its was ride time, we have a semi warm day here today 24 degrees C but it has been a cloudy day.

I rode past some family fun day thingie that was being held at the park, it seemed like a good crowd with lots to do.

Before i left for my ride we put a boneless leg of lamb in the slow cooker, i got this for free from a mate and it turned out beautiful.

It was just what i needed after today's ride and we still have at least half left over for tomorrow night - smudge got some and seemed to enjoy it.

Some Roast Potatoes and roast Sweet potato or Kumara as well call it here in New Zealand, we also had pea's broccoli/carrots gravy and some other veggies which escape me right now - YUM YUM!!!

Tonight i have a couple of games of Basketball to watch which will give me time to relax and recharge the batteries again.

Thank you very much

have a great weekend

I created a website called 4-in-a-row some years ago. It was so popular, that it crashed my server so I eventually gave up.

Your 4 in a row appears to be different though.

Winner! It sounds like you earned more than the $3 you were hoping for!

Isn’t lamb tastier off the bone though? Actually, scrap that. That looks amazing and has made me hungry!
