Sometimes I miss @asaj

I have no idea where he went or if he will ever come back to this platform. I do not even know where he is from, but I have to admit, I was genuinely impressed by him.

It is strange that I am even writing this right now. It is past three in the morning and for some reason, I randomly started thinking about @asaj. It has been at least four years since he last posted here. Most of you probably have no idea who he is, and that makes sense, but I still remember how good he was at writing crypto blogs.

I will not lie, there was a time I wanted to copy his style when I was writing for the crypto academy. I built my name on this platform through the Steemit Crypto Academy, but deep down, I always wanted to write the way he did. There was something special about the way he explained things. His words had a kind of magic to them that kept you reading. I cannot remember a single week where his work was not nominated among the top three posts by professors from all over the world.

It never felt like anyone was favoring him, it was simply that everyone genuinely loved his work. In fact, it was his blog that finally made me understand Elliot Wave Theory, something I had been struggling with for a while.

Every now and then, I still check his account to see if he has returned. My guess is that he has probably forgotten the login details by now. Either way, I hope he is doing well, wherever he is.
