The GRAND FINALE Week, in ALX Virtual Assistant Program
As I slide into my final week at ALX, I express deep gratitude on a progressive transformative journey filled with growth and challenges but in everything mindset and consistency is the key. I made up my mind to pick up this learning and I was so determined to stay in it.
I started so curios and doubt but I have skills on data analysis, project management, medical technology and I've also sharpen my essential soft skills such as ALX has unleashed more confident and capable version of myself professionally.
The struggles
The journey hasn’t been easy at all. I battles with late nights, tight deadlines, taking part in steemit challenge contest, my recent job schedule, spiritual activities, HIPAA and EHR certified courses I took up on Coursera and Udemy, family responsibilities and moments of doubt. But I pushed through all of it, I balanced it up and I found my self managing everything.

I enjoyed their maximum support despite some disturbances
I set up my calendar scheduling everyday activities to be sure I balance it up each week. Also a constant reminder from the ALX community support team which reminds us of our potential and purpose each day really motivated me a lot.
I was still struggling to complete some skills with the Digital witch support community
Also, I was taking some courses with maxx digital support which I just finish last week.
I was really multitasking and I can perfectly multitask because I have that as my best skill. Any way, the benefits outweigh the challenges, let's talk about it.

I now renewed with my mindset to be resilient, resourceful, and ready to embrace future opportunities worldwide. I've been able to set my self as a virtual assistant fully equipped with both soft skills, technical skills and lot more which global employers now look for from their employees.
