Monrepos Park, Vyborg
Today I discovered this wonderful map with the ability to create a post as a report on visiting the relevant place. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this possibility before, and believe me, I have something to show and tell you.
This post is a test for me. If I do everything right, the post will be published and I will be able to find my message on this map... I will continue to create a series of posts in this vein.
I want to start with the wonderful Montrepos Landscape Park, which is located on Tverdysh Island in the Baltic Sea. The territory of the park belongs to the city of Vyborg, one of the extreme northwestern cities of Russia.
The park occupies almost the entire territory of the island. Closer to the city center, it is a regular park with paths, gazebos, flower beds and everything else that belongs to a city park. But as you move away from the city, the park looks more like a wild forest with hiking trails.
Wandering along these trails you can observe amazing corners of nature.
The island is a gently sloping cliff overgrown with firs, birches and other forest trees. Periodically, you go out to the water and beautiful water landscapes open up.
I have given only a general description of the Monrepos Park. If everything goes well with the post, then I will continue the series as promised before.
All photos are clickable, I recommend turning on night mode for viewing.
Thank you for using Steem Atlas.

Thank you for setting a beneficiary to @steem-atlas, it will help the project grow.
I find this project interesting.
From the post STEAM ATLAS : Creation Guidelines for March 2025 I just started getting acquainted with atlas :)
Unfortunately, sometimes I am not attentive to the design of the post and forget to specify the beneficiary. That's what happened with my last post...
I'll try to be more attentive.
And thanks for the support.
