Hello everyone
It's another beautiful day today and am so happy to be writing on another topic. The topic for today is all about stress and anxiety. I will be discussing with us the definition of stress and anxiety, and how to overcome them.
What do we mean by stress?
Stress can be defined as the act of overworking oneself or something in a way that, the person or thing have been feeling comfortable in doing something but when it gets to an extent in which the power got exhausted, if the person continues with the work without resting, it will turn to stress.
In a short term, stress can be defined as a physical emotion or tension that happens after excessive work or health function. While Anxiety is what happens after the occurrence of stress. Anxiety occurs when one is stressed and continues. Anxiety is what happens after when stress continues. It will no longer be called stress but anxiety.
I believe we all experience what is called stress and anxiety. Even apart from excessive work, our body reacts to stress by releasing hormones. So, we can say a stress-free life is a happy life. It is what most experience by adults. But there are ways we can relieve stress, I will be listing some below.
Find joy in whatever you are doing -
Finding joy in whatever we are doing, is a way to relieve stress. Because once one is stressed out, the body will react to it but if the person is happy with the job he or she is doing it will help to reduce the stress.
Get More Sleep -
Creating time to sleep or not cheating sleep is very important. It is a natural way to reduce stress.
Think ahead -
Planing head time is also important. It helps to avoid rush hour that can make one feel disorganized, which will later lead to stress or anxiety. It helps to get prepared for the activity that may occur in the future.
Consider Supplement
The use of the supplement can be of help to those that are passing through stress or anxiety. It promotes stress and anxiety reduction.

Laughing is good for your health. It helps to reduce anxiety or stress because It is hard to feel anxious when you’re laughing.
Learn to say no -
Not all stress is controllable, while some are. Learn to say no to some things that can make you feel stressed out. Learn to control the things you do to relieve stress.
Go on Vacation -
Creating time to enjoy yourself is also important. Create time to travel, do what you like that gives you joy, spend quality time with positive people such as your loved ones or family because it helps feel relax and helps to relieve stress and overcome anxiety.
listen to music -
Listening to positive music can help to overcome anxiety and also relieve stress because it can induce a relaxation response by helping lower blood pressure and heart rate as well as stress hormones.
Exercise
Exercising after waking up in the morning can also help to relieve stress and anxiety because when you exercise it makes you feel active and healthy. This two (active and healthy) can help you to relieve stress and anxiety.
In conclusion, we can say a stress-free life is a happy life. If we are passing through either stress or anxiety let try to practice what I listed above.
