to help clear it up look at this
these are all 0.5 votes. but see how yours is comming through at 31.83 vs the others not delegating 500 or higher. they recieve the normal vote. As the price of steem drops or whatever it will always find that base rate and then if the person is a delegtor on the list then it adds that extra ontop.

idk if ist above is supposed to say is or isnt but if it is isnt, i think my transparency is compared to any other bot is no competition but that's just my opinion
