Hey. sorry for the confusion. The comment says higher vote. because thats what happens you pay 0.5 and you can either get the standard vote. or if you are on the 500+ delegation list. it will automatically give a higher voting power compared to the same vote of non 500+ sp

the exact numbers change through out the day with the various things that factor into payout. but generally it will be like 27% for normal 0.32 for delegators.

now those people just always get a higher upvote from the bot.
