I have a question for steemdev...
Well i was looking around in the steemitdev topics and then i saw this...

I have a question or a request.
With the upcoming SMT tokens it created many possibilities for many people, and i already see different concepts standing up in full force, and all is good and fine but it's all good for people, who have the knowledge to understand script writing.
While any person could have a brilliant idea but if he lacks the knowledge to create a site, what must be connected to the blockchain, could be a problem.
Now im not asking to change water into whine, but i do know that the group who lack of knowledge is bigger then the group who can create a site on the blockchain. And then the SMT token concept will depend on who can afford the technical stuff, or who can build a site what must be connected to the blockchain.
What if there was an wordpress type of application, what is connected to the steem blockchain?
What creates the opportunity for every person to create a blog or site, what will be connected to the steem blockchain.
With the possibility to create your own coin....
And i don't know if that is possible, but i learn one thing from software. It might not change water into wine but it sure as create anything what the programmer wants. Because there are many people on steemit, like myself who have a thousand ideas, but lack the knowledge or funding to create something for their own. With the purpose to work further on the ideas i or others have in mind.
So my question is, if there is a possibility to even consider a wordpres blog type of application, with the option that everyone can create their own site or blog in a easy way, what must be connected to the steemit blockchain?
I know this might be a difficult question or some could even consider it stupid.
But you know what they say, if you never ask then you will never find out.
And the SMT tokens create options and if those options are not only for technical people, then the chances of success will be much bigger, then if the SMT tokens concept is depended on the technical people, or the people who can afford it. If both groups can come together, then we can create and do a lot more when the SMT tokens are out. I just can't imagine the possibilities if there is a wordpress type of application connected to the steemit blockchain, with the option to create your own coin.
I can only dream about, but maybe someone can build it.....
Just saying..
I haven't read the full SMT whitepaper yet, so can't really comment to authoritatively. Also, I'm not sure many people outside of steem inc know how it will work. But I would be very surprised if they didnt' also create apps that allow non-technical people to automate the creation of SMT's and all the associated stuff. If it turns out that you have be a coder knowledgeable about the steem blockchain to create an SMT, then it will be pretty limited I think.
Thanks for your comment, i read the whitepaper as well, but i don't see any option for an application, what look like a wordpress blog style of option. I think that is an idea what would come in the future.
But i like to jump a head, so there for i thought, let me ask if there is an option or possibility to even consider that. Because that would open the doors for many creative idea makers, to use the SMT token as well, without having technical skills. Or else the SMT token would be limited to people who have those skills.
In the beginning, SMT tokens will only be limited to people who do have those skills.
The SMT release that we can expect is just the blockchain functionality - no built in 3rd party app support. The diagrams in the white paper are just to illustrate what people can do with SMTs (if they build it).
