He is not a bot...he is not a scammer. He honestly thought steemit worked like reddit that you passed on info you thought was good. He apologized and has vowed to not do again...this happened after a week on steemit. he was penalized 8 reputation points. Is this not a bit tough on a new steemer familiarizing themselves with the site. Is there nothing to be done to aide him....look at @almondbutter comments and posts...he is a real person. Please help him atleast get back to 25. I get what you are doing...i really agree with it....but there must be a mechanism to fix when it is an honest mistake and not some flagrant spammer.

    I see that @almondbutter is back up to 20 reputation. It won't take long for them to recover.

    but there must be a mechanism to fix when it is an honest mistake and not some flagrant spammer.
