And we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that comes from God, so that we may know what God has granted us1 Corinthians 2:12

Depression and anxiety can blind us to many of our emotions and thoughts, and it really makes it difficult to "build our faith" to continue believing in Him.

It can feel like we are taking every gram of our life to continue believing day after day. However, having the mind of Christ is not a goal we have to set ourselves or a spiritual goal, it is more about our identity as a child in Christ.

It is knowing what we have received for his love freely in Him and how that gives power and blessings to our lives.

The mind of God speaks to his love and his Spirit in a total rest within us his children, as a full satisfaction of being fully blessed as children of God and having that blessing on our part

But to all who received him, to those who believe in his name, he was given the power to become children of GodJohn 1:12

Dear Friends, you can rest in Christ knowing that when stressful mental health things want to blind your faith and are trying to believe in Him, you can rest knowing that He believes in you and loves you too much.
