5 suggestions that allow you to use the Scripture in your life!

Life demands nourishment, and the Word of God is that food. Peter said: "Desire ardently, as children born alive, the genuine spiritual milk, so that you realize your growth for salvation." (1 Peter 2: 2)

Like us, when we drink, we could not live without milk, so we should want the food that we grow spiritually. After all, we have already seen that the Word of God can quicken us, sustain us and transform our lives, then desire it, you have experienced the Word; now feed on it.

Many Christians do not ardently desire the Word; as a result, they are weak, puckered, malnourished. There are other places where the Bible speaks of itself as sustenance:

"Remember your words, then I ate them, your words were joy and joy to my heart, for by your name I am called, O Lord, the God of hosts." (Jeremiah 15:16)

Paul recalls the same thing that Timothy, viewed from another angle: "Exposing these things to the brothers, good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished with the words of good and doctrine that he has followed" (1 Timothy 4: 6).

The food of the Christian is the Word of God; I can also grow to finally eat meat.

Brothers, the Word of God has to be studied, it has to be honored, loved and obeyed.

STUDY

I hope that like Apollo, you are powerful in the Scriptures (Acts 18:24). When Jesus opened and explained the Scriptures to the two disciples on the road to Emmaus, they remarked, "Did not our heart burn when he spoke to us on the way, when he explained the Scriptures to us?" (Luke 24:32)

As we study the Scriptures, you can "an approved case like that you do not have to be ashamed to handle the Word of God well" (2 Timothy 2:15).

HONOR THE WORD

The citizens of Ephesus honored the statue of Diana because they believed that it had fallen from the sky on Jupiter's part. Thus, they worshiped the ugly, gross and horrifying image. But a completely beautiful thing came to us from heaven, from God - his precious Word - more valuable than gold and rubies (Proverbs 3: 14-15).

LOVE THE WORD OF GOD:

Give your time and your attention, how would you do with any other object of estimation.

"How I love your law! It's my meditation all day," says the psalmist (Psalm 119: 97). Could you say this?

OBEY THE WORD OF GOD
