Steemchurch; How we should love.

Good morning my brothers and sisters in Christ. I would love to share a part of the scriptures today with you (Romans 5:6-8) concerning the greatest sacrifice know to human history.
It says

For when we where still helpless, Christ died for the wicked at the time that God chose. (verse 7) it is a difficult thing for someone to die for a righteous person. It may even be that someone might dare to die for a good person. (verse 8) but God has shown us how much he loves us! It was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us.

There is something I would love us to take note of in verse 6 is the "at the time that God chose".
This teaches us that God's time is the best. We should not always be disappointed when we pray and it seems like it wasn't answered, we should simply just tell ourselves that God's time is the best.

Verse 7 my friends is one that tests our will. Many of us may say we can die for the gospel, but we don't realize the magnitude of that statement until we are faced with such reality.
At this point let us pray for Christians all over the world under going persecution, that God will give them the strength to go on, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Lastly, verse 8 teaches us not to do good to only those that we know, and not to only good people. For if our heavenly Father can make his rain to fall on both the good and the wicked how much more we mortal beings. Remember that it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us.

I pray that these words shall bear fruits in our lives through Christ our Lord. Amen

Love is really a beautiful quality! When we display love to our neighbours it fosters unity.

love is unbreakable love is peace love is life 😍😍

This post reminds of me what Jesus said to the disciples:

A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.John 13:34

Jesus wants us to love one another just as He did. He loved them unto death. He loved when he was hated. He loved when nobody wanted to identify with him at the time of his betrayal. What a wonderful love Christ had. Our christian life should be filled with such love and we can only do that when the practice love. I'm glad you made a request that intercede for Christians all over the world. This is an act of love if we pray for one another. This message has been a blessing to me, thank you @midknight

Amazing post, i love the way you explain the bible verses..... hope to always see you around

Love conquers all! And as the Shakespearean dictum says; love all, trust a few and do wrong to non

We can emulate the love and care Christ showed to the poor.
Love our neighbors as we love ourselves.
Hold no grudges against them.

a great explanation and interpretation as well, the bibleb verse was well analysed by you, sometimes we need to learn how to love, and love in the way that God really wants us to.

you cant see many different places at the same time, but i want you to know that God is seeing over billions of places at the same time. He knows the best for me and you. Never accuse God or use abusive words to God, He will give you your desire at the perfect time.
Unrequited love refers to those feelings of love that are not reciprocated. Interpersonal love is most closely associated with interpersonal relationships.

We must learn how to love, it is important to know that love is important in every Christian lives, God is love.
