Some will ask: Where is your God?

Psalm 42: 1-3: "As the deer pants for the currents of the waters, so my soul cries for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When will I come, and will I appear before God? My tears were my bread day and night, while they tell me every day: Where is your God? "

This is a question that came to David's mind and heart, and how many times the same question has come to many of you when you are in difficult situations, and you feel that at that moment God does not hear you; that same thing happened to the psalmist, although the Bible does not show what the problem was that he was going through, God did know, and today, God knows what your problem is, and in the middle of that situation there is something that is true and that we all know, that Satan is telling you, where is your God? Because he wants to make you doubt that God is with you, he wants to make you doubt that God does not hear you, he wants you to think that God has already turned away from you and turned his back on you, wants to make you think that you are lost in your problem and in your need, that's why it comes to your mind, where is your God. The only thing you have left to face that, is faith and with faith it is enough to conquer what you lost.

Habakkuk 1: 1-4, 13: "The prophecy that the prophet Habakkuk saw. How long, O Lord, will I cry, and you will not hear; And I will cry out to you because of the violence, and you will not save? Why do you make me see iniquity, and make you see trouble? Destruction and violence are before me, and quarrel and contention arise. Therefore the law is weakened, and the judgment does not go according to the truth; because the ungodly besieges the righteous, that is why justice is twisted. Very clean you are eyes to see evil, nor can you see the wrong; Why do you see the despisers, and shut up when the wicked destroys the righteous more than he, and make them men like the fish of the sea, like reptiles that have no one to govern them? "

The prophet Habakkuk was focused on the problem, he did not see that God heard him at the time he wanted, the prophet keeps complaining until something happens and God answers him.

Habakkuk 2: 1: "I will stand on my guard, and on the fortress I will establish my foot, and I will watch to see what will be said to me, and what I will answer concerning my complaint. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and declare it in tables, that the one who reads in it may run. Although the vision will still be for a time, but it hastens to the end, and will not lie; although I will delay, wait for it, because it will surely come, it will not be long. "

God's response to you is that He has that answer, but it will not come at the time you say, but at the time of God's plan, which is perfect. When it comes to your mind, where is your God? You will respond to him as God answered the prophet, that although the miracle takes a while, that miracle rushes to its end and will not lie; although late wait for it, because it will certainly come. It is the answer that God gave to a man who did not understand why his miracle did not come at the time he wanted, it is God's response for your faith to be strengthened, because our faith is not a crazy faith, our faith is grounded in the Word of God.

Habakkuk 3: 17-19: "Even if the fig tree does not flower, nor in the vines there are fruits, even if the olive product is missing, and the tilled ones do not maintain, and the sheep are removed from the flock, and there are no cows in the corrals; yet I will rejoice in the Lord, and rejoice in the God of my salvation. The Lord Jehovah is my strength, who makes my feet like hinds' feet, and walks me on my heights. "

Something happened in the prophet and he understood that he had to live by faith and not by what he saw, understood that he had to rejoice in what he was waiting for and in the Word that God had given him. The prophet removed his gaze from what he was seeing and changed his prayer, that prayer was no longer a complaining prayer, but without caring what he saw, he would rejoice in the God of his salvation. With this Word, you have to respond to Satan when he comes to your thoughts saying: "where is your God?" Answer your problem with the Word of God, build your faith in the Word, so that when you build it in the Word , you pray at the end like Habacuc.

Our God is in the heavens and in our hearts, we are the temple of his holy spirit, each of us must reflect Christ whatever the circumstances.

There is a saying that says: God walks on mysterious paths. "Although we often ask ourselves where God is, by faith we know that he is very close to us.
