Repeated Battles cannot Stop You, Keep Your Hope Alive

That you failed, that you are going through a delay or fierce of life battle does not mean you will not be greater than you are.
Never write off yourself because your God is the God of many changes, He may locate you at your second or even seventh chance.

There was a story of a man in Jerusalem who was crippled and was closed to where he’s capable of getting healed at the pool of Bethesda but because he was unable to walk and nobody is willing to help him out since everybody was fighting for their own healing.
The angel of the Lord used to come at a certain season to the pool and troubled the water and whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in will be made whole of whatsoever disease he had, but because he was crippled, before he will get there, many might have out-smart him and he remained there for good 38 years.

Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.
In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.
For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
John 5:2-5

The man at the pool of Bethesda failed and was delayed severally for 38 years. But his hope was not lost. Despite the fact that he has many challenges due to his condition that restrains him to remain in one spot but he never thought of leaving the pool environment because he knew that his deliverance will surely come one day and God will send help to him.

When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed and walk.
And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the Sabbath.
John 5:6-9

When he was still hoping and believing in getting his miracle, One day, the Lord honoured his faith and helped him out of his predicament that has kept him in the same spot for 38 years.

Do not give up, A winner must first know how it feels to lose before he/she will be able to stand strong and determine not to lose again. There is virtually no way to run the race of success without experiencing some part of failure, but past losses or failures should never dictate who you are today or where you are going.

My brother, it will never be a waste to stop in your blog!
What a wonderful story. The word does not fail to brighten our spirit. So great is his power that we still feel rejoicing when we remember the history of this man and how the Lord healed him. His love and sovereignty transcend the times, He definitely does as he wants, he is not disappointed that he waits in the Lord, in his mercy. Greetings and blessings.

Thanks for taking your time to read through.
God never put to shame those that patiently wait on Him.
