God said through the bible he said in Jeremiah 29: 11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

He's made promises to man because he is the creator of man and however he will fulfill all his promises and certainly give us expected ends
