God gave His all out of love for the World

What manner of love is this? He gave His only begotten son in order to save the world and renew His covenant with us.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16
Hearing such wonderful words is capable of giving someone deep thought and ponder on them.
The above scripture revealed three amazing facts.
First, ”For God so loved the world”.
Since we are in the world, it means that He loves you and i. If that does not astonish you, remember that when God loves us, he loves a sinner, because the bible made us to understand that (Romans 3:23). If we can be honest with ourselves, we must agree that We were saved from sin out of God’s love and grace.
Although God loves us but He hates our sins. It is sin that separate us from God, because God is holy and those that must serve him must be holy that is why He punishes sinners. Therefore a holy God must find a holy way of saving sinners; otherwise the sinner must pay for his own sins. That would be eternity in hell. But because of His love for the world he sent His son to die for us.
Second, ”He gave His only begotten son”
God loves us so much that He gave His only begotten son for us(The LORD Jesus Christ suffered on the cross of Calvary so that we might be saved. He shed His blood so that our sins might be put away. He died for us so that we might live a fulfilled life and end it up in heaven with Him forever. Someone must pay the penalty for our sins, either we or a sinless substitute.
God gave His son so that He could be our sinless substitute.
Third, “Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”.
God gives eternal life to those who believe in Christ! The Saviour has finished the work. He has died, risen from the grave, and gone back to heaven. Your part is simply to believe in Him.
This means that we need to come to Him in humility and confess our sins and admit that Christ died for our sins on the cross and then receive Him as our Lord and Saviour.
