In the life of each person in the world there is a moment where things get difficult. So we must trust in God who takes care of us and comforts us with his eternal love.

Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth should be removed,
Though the mountains be carried into the heart of the sea;
3 Though its waters roar and be troubled,
Though the mountains tremble with its raging. Selah
4 The river's streams make glad the city of God,
The sanctuary of the dwelling place of the Most High.
5 God is in her midst; she will not be moved.
God will help her at dawn.
6 The nations roared, the kingdoms tottered;
He uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us;
Our refuge is the God of Jacob. Selah
8 Come, see the works of the LORD,
Who has made desolations in the earth.
9 Who makes wars cease to the ends of the earth.
Who breaks the bow, cuts the spear,
And burns the chariots with fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The LORD of hosts is with us;
Our refuge is the God of Jacob. Selah

Psalms 46:2-11

Inevitable things in life are that difficult times occur, we get sick, our loved ones die, we lose or someone loses their job, there are many things that become difficult to go through throughout life, but God comforts us in absolutely all our tribulations.

4 who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

2 Corinthians 1:4

We can see in today's text some of the greatest calamities, whether due to natural causes or because they are caused by man himself. When trials arise, we are often disconcerted, but just as trials arise, we also have a place to turn.

Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth should be removed,
Though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea;

Psalm 46:2

Trusting in God allows us to find shelter, peace, and tranquility since we know that He is the God of the entire universe. Thus, we find the key to dealing with any difficulty or trial that may arise, it is simply to be confident that God is with us.
Instead of resisting different situations and trying to handle them as we please, it is better and recommended to wait on God, to wait for him to act since we know that everything he does he does only for our good.

4 No ear has ever heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen a God besides you, what he does for the one who waits for him.

Isaiah 64:4

Trusting in God implies spending time alone with him, how do we do it? This simply consists of praying and meditating on his word, and listening to it carefully, we can take a certain time of the day to dedicate to God. As human beings, we intuitively want to take control of all situations, and God wants us to wait on him, even urges us to give up our expectations many times and simply submit to his plan.
Now you may ask yourself, how do I react when a difficulty arises? Whether your current situation is the best or not so much, let us meditate on these texts and look for that moment alone with God, trust in Him and wait for Him to take control.
