Let us develop intimacy with God.

Let's take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a relationship with God, He offers us everything so that we can enjoy it.
12 This is my commandment, that you love one another, as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command you. 15 I no longer call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, for everything that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
John 15:12-15
There are difficult moments in life when it seems that God is too far away from us. If this is so, the question we must ask ourselves is: how connected are we with God? In these difficult moments, we have to trust the most. In order for our confidence and faith to increase, we can only do so through the truth of the word of God, and we can start by reading the gospels.
God throughout the Bible and especially through the life of Jesus Christ shows us his arduous desire to have a close relationship with us. We see throughout the Bible that he invited people to come to him, just as the Lord Jesus Christ himself invited even strangers, and he encouraged his followers all the time by teaching them everything he had received from the Father.
Jesus answered them and said: My doctrine is not mine, but his who sent me.
John 7:16
Jesus also delegated responsibilities to his disciples. On some occasions, he also invited them in the most significant and very personal moments of his life, such as the moment of the transfiguration and the moment of the last prayer in the garden of Gethsemane.
Throughout the Bible we see a very detailed picture of Jesus Christ's decision to die in place of his enemies, to die in our place, and all of this made it possible for us to be children of God. Then the Holy Spirit is that faithful companion and guide who accompanies us throughout our life here on earth. The Holy Spirit is also the one who reveals to us the knowledge of God, bearing witness to the Father.
God has planned for us to have all of this so that we may have a close relationship with him, but often we are the ones who do not make use of all the resources that God has made available to us. It is easier to get distracted by everything that concerns us here on earth, we simply limit God by prioritizing other matters more.
30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment.
Mark 12:30
