Feelings of guilt and victory over them.

The time comes when we are willing to face guilt, these are the times when Our Lord Jesus replaces that burden, that shame, simply with peace and joy.
This is the message we have heard from him and announce to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:5-9
Guilt produces bondage, that is: Maintaining that weight of guilt, for some people it is because they live in sin, while others bear the shame that is foreign to them, it does not belong to them, whatever the reason we must be very clear that we can have victory over that guilt.
2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
