Everything seems wrong, what do I do?

The moments when situations seem to overwhelm us, everything is too overwhelming, in those situations is when we must put our eyes and focus on God because even in the worst circumstances God has something good prepared for us.

So Jerubbaal, who is Gideon, and all the people who were with him got up early in the morning and camped by the spring of Harod. Now the Midianites' camp was on the north side, beyond the hill of Moreh, in the valley.
2 Then the LORD said to Gideon, "The people who are with you are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, or Israel will boast against me, saying, 'My own hand has saved me.' 3 Now therefore, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, 'Whoever is afraid and trembling, let him turn back early and return from Mount Gilead.' And twenty-two thousand of the people turned back, and ten thousand remained.
4 Then the LORD said to Gideon, “The people are still too many; bring them down to the water, and I will test them for you there. Anyone I say to you, ‘This one will go with you,’ will go with you; but anyone I say to you, ‘This one will not go with you,’ will not go.” 5 Then he brought the people down to the water. And the LORD said to Gideon, “Anyone who laps the water with his tongue as a dog laps, you shall set him by himself, and anyone who bends down on his knees to drink.” 6 The number of those who lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, was three hundred men; and all the rest of the people bent down on their knees to drink the water. 7 Then the LORD said to Gideon, “With these three hundred men who lapped the water I will save you, and I will deliver the Midianites into your hand; and let all the rest of the people go each to his place.” 8 And when he had taken provisions for the people, and his trumpets, he sent all the Israelites away, each man to his tent, and kept those three hundred men; and he had the camp of Midian below in the valley.

Judges 7:1-8

Perhaps at some point you may have felt cornered, perhaps you felt that all circumstances are against you, when this happens we must understand that even in those situations perhaps God is acting behind all that, even if the situation is the most difficult.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, that is, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28

Well God always protects us in all situations, in similar situations we can think: "I don't think God is behind all this because God always protects me" although this is true but God also wants to tell us things and sometimes he does it through different circumstances to be able to capture our full attention. It is not unusual for God to use difficulties to get our attention, or to strengthen our faith, always reminding us that He is our sustenance, our strength.
In the Bible we find different pictures in which God acts in this way. We can remember the situation that Gideon lived, who was leading an army of more than 30,000 men of war. But at one point God intervened and acted in such a way that he reduced the size of that army to about 300 men. At that same moment Gideon could have asked himself: How can I fulfill God's command to destroy the enemy with only 300 men? In this case, Gideon would be right since with that number of men it would be impossible to destroy the enemy, but they could do it with the strength and capacity of God. At that moment, I learned that by depending on God, they have achieved their purpose.
This is also a lesson for us, to know that even when the probabilities are not the best and even when we think that God has abandoned us. We simply have to stay focused on the Lord and we will come out not only victorious but also amazed with a great lesson of Victory in our favor, whatever the situation may be. Do you believe it?
