At work Am I also a Christian?

Let us reflect on the following: In my workplace, do my coworkers find evidence that Christ lives in me?

5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 But made Himself of no reputation, and took the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men; 8 And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross.

Philippians 2:5-8

Many times we see this contradiction between what Christians preach and who they are, an influential way of preaching the word of God is how we act outside the church. As children of God, the life of Christ and the way we live should affect absolutely all areas of our lives, even in our workplace.
Our behavior, our actions show who we are, above all, what we believe in, that is: our behavior is a reflection of our faith. So if we say that we are Christians, our bosses, employees and above all our coworkers would make a comparison between our actions and attitudes with Jesus Christ himself, now my question is the following: who around us reflects Christ through us?
If we do not understand very well what we are talking about, we can resort to biblical models. Let us read the previous biblical text again and try to see ourselves as servants, putting the needs of other people before our own. Later we must recognize who is our authority, it is Christ himself, therefore let us work with integrity and effort, knowing that from Christ himself we will receive the reward.

23 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men;

Colossians 3:23

We present ourselves as those who obey Christ, we must also know that by the word of God we must obey our superiors and that all authority is given by God.

13 Let every person be in subjection to the higher authorities; for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been established by God.

Romans 13:1

This does not mean that we will offer to death anything or even something that is contrary to divine principles, taking into account these two points we cannot let slip that all those with whom we work are very valuable in the eyes of God, we must treat all people whether they are in authority or those who are under our authority, we must treat them with respect and love.

7 Beloved, let us love one another; for love is from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

1 John 4:7-8

How is it possible to reflect the life of Jesus Christ in my work area? In the Bible we find a complete guide and the principles to walk according to the word of God.
