Cast Away Your Fears
Man's defeat in the garden of eden wasn't a virtue of war or combat rather it was giving his allegiance to the enemy of God.
Man lost his freedom to become a victim of the devil.
He became tormented by his fear, the fear of death. This nature has held man in bondage all his life.
Fear. One of the foe's most well known weapons that he utilizes against us. Stress, nervousness, fear… can overpower us with a thick shadow of dimness, controlling everything we might do and our decisions.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7
Man is a fearful being ,he fears everything around him ,he is frightened and afraid of anything that stands in his way.
He is ruled by fear "A Victim Of Fear".But with life in Christ, he is no more a victim but a " Victor"
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Isaiah 41:10
God's words are "life" words, relieving to our spirit, quieting to our spirits, offering energy to our us in fearful days.
"say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution.
It's not generally simple to overcome fear, and it regularly comes down to a decision:
- Choosing not to enable fear and tension to control your life.
- Guarding your heart.
- Concentrating your mind on what is truth amidst uncertain circumstances.
Joshua 1:9
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
We may even now feel anxious, yet we can trust that God is with us. We may not be in charge, but rather we can believe the One who is. We may not know the future, but rather we can know the God who does.
Psalms 23:4
"Even though I walk through the darkest valley,I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me"
With the lord, man will become more than a conqueror, an overcomer because greater his he that is in you than he that is in the world.
“But now, this is what the Lord says…Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.”
Isaiah 43:1
A believer in Christ is no ordinary person, his nature is recreated and he is a partner of God's divine nature.
He's now a God lover,he conquers every circumstances he goes through, he resists the devil and the devil flees before him.
He casts out demons in the name of Jesus,he is a new creation ,a love creation and a conqueror of fear.
