@eng.ramy normally the upvote bot does not give refunds. This is because for most issues I will go in and manually perform the upvote that was missed. There are special circumstances surrounding the issue you presented that have since been resolved.
steembloggers will always either honor the vote or refund. That is fair service. I welcome comments relating to such issues. Scammer, I am not.
