As new dapps come onboard people will migrate to them and the people come from steem. As a result commenting will fall as people spend more time with the dapps. When the price of steem goes up so will the number of people here trying to get their share.

Yes, it will happen and when there are lots of users it will be much less noticeable as there will be more diversity of use on steem rather than just 'sell drugs'
The more users the better we all are. No is the time for the people to join and the development of more apps
