I would rather have it that way around to be honest. I think the top 10 players have an army x10 the size of mine and it's going to be carnage when battles start again.
If that's the way it goes (anyone can attack anyone and as many times as they want), the best route might be just to heist everything and grind the slow road to break-even. And they are advertising this as a game?!
Battles start in less then a week.
I think the only choice I have is to heist and quick builds.
I also hear that if you are not in the game (open) you cannot be attacked. Have to see how it goes
