RE: Age Of Abundance: The Expense Side: A Technological Explosion That Will Seriously Reduce Costs

@taskmaster4450 - always enjoy your posts & this is another solid one for sure. I do agree we'll see many of the changes you outline- the question being is how long before these changes are adopted? I think for 3-D printing & manufacturing we are really close to seeing this technology really take off. There are startups that you have outlined in housing that are working today to make this dream of additive manufacturing print houses right now!

This is a noble effort to print 3-D houses for people; giving people homes to shelter their families. The cost of housing in many areas in the US is growing exponentially- this is part of the problem that leads to homelessness in California & other high-cost areas. Being able to print a home for $10K , that is amazing. It might bring us back to the 1950s where many people paid cash for their homes- or in the future no 30 year mortgages needed! Keep up the great work.

This is still far too off. Just look at how long time it took for Bitcoin to get released to get some attention. We are 10 years in but almost nothing has happened. 3D print house is a fantasy also that will take at least 30 years until it would take off mainstream. And we also have an overpopulation problem. People don't have time to do these things you need land and a bunch of other things. People will just rent and share stuff more instead. Most of places on this planet doesn't have that much free land to do these fantasy experiments on. Most live in cities.
