After about 2 weeks of HF20 the system has adjusted and RC has got distributed evenly...
Yep, but I'm honestly still a bit concerned about it. New users with only 3SP worth of RC still can't make more than a single post, so they won't be able to respond to comments after they publish an introduction post for example. I really hope smaller accounts are able to do a bit more than this..
