I think your rules are reasonable, but we are each free to make our own and accept that we may be judged on what we do. I self-voted when I had very little SP, but stopped for a long time. I've now started to give some of my posts a vote when I feel they deserve it. I don't vote on my own comments unless I feel they are unjustly flagged. Most of my votes go to others, including comments I like.
