5 questions about lucid dreams.
Hi steemers! Do you Know what's a lucid dream? That's when you know you're dreaming in your sleep. But do yo know the dangers? Here's a little top 5 I made.
1. Lucid dreams increase risk of sleep paralysis and anxiety:
Our body is paralyzed at night to keep it from doing anything during our dreams. Occasionally, upon waking, a problem of coordination in the brain prevents the recovery of the control of our body. While awake you can't move. You are subject to hallucinations that can lead to anxiety disorders.
2. Some become addicted to lucid dreams:
And I can understand them, the possibilities in a dream are endless. The most serious are the people who don't wan't to get up to works. This is not a physical but a psychical dependence.
3. We can wake up more tired after a lucid dream:
Some people report feeling more tired after a lucid dream
4.There may be a risk of alienation:
It's being sidelined because the person is different from the group. This happens when you talk about your experience with people who don't understand. We can't talk about everything with everyone...
5. Forget that a dream is a dream:
A man said to have cured people during lucid dreams. Lucid dream can be a tool to help to cure some mental state but in any case you can cure yourself from physical illness. The problem is that some people believe it.
