Good question! ...but this was 9 days ago and no replies. I wish I could resteem for you but it's not an option any more. (I guess due to the age)

    I decided to. I first used the conversion method that took 3.5 days to transfer before I figured out the selling it through the internal market. I figured the STEEM market is changing more rapidly than the SBD market.
