Some suggestions for being healthy
Wake up every morning and walk for at least half an hour.
Make regular exercise.
Play time when you have time to sit.
Eat better gourmet meal while eating.
Try to eat sweet foods less.
Eat more greens and fruits than most.
Take a bath before bedtime in the summer.
It is better to sleep. Before wearing the sleepless robes before bedtime.
Always stay clean and maintain workplace and cleanliness.
Keep yourself away from angry Meditate at least 10 to 15 minutes a day.
Mental calm will come. Also try to do your own home work.
